The apartment has a living room with a kitchenette, a fireplace, a terrace/the first terrace in the right section of the photo/, one bedroom, a corridor and a bathroom. WiFi and TV available.
The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee machine for ground coffee, toaster, electric kettle and everything necessary for guests who want to prepare their own food.
The bedroom has one large double bed 200x160 cm, a wardrobe, a desk and a folding baby cot 160x60.
In the living room there is a large table with 4 chairs, a coffee table and 2 double sofas, one extendable with a sleeping area of 190x135cm.

You can reach the entrance of the Castle complex on the main road Plovdiv - Smolyan. Located only 300 meters from the Studenets ski center and on the very ski slope No. 7'.
You can also ski down from the Studenets station right next to the entrance of the apartment.



General terms and conditions

ACCOMMODATION:
Check-in in the apartment is from 3:00 p.m. Early check-in is possible with an additional payment of 50% of the price of the night and if the apartment is available.

RELEASE:
The release of the apartment is until 11:30 a.m. Late release is possible with an additional payment of 50% of the price of the night and if the apartment is available.
The release of the apartment is after payment of all used and additional services charged by the hotel.
In case of found items, the owner undertakes to contact the guest and send the lost/forgotten item at the owner's expense.
Items not reported as lost and forgotten within 30 (thirty) days after leaving the hotel will not be stored.
Terms for changes and cancellations:
- For changes and cancellations less than 30 days before the check-in date, a penalty equal to the value of the security deposit is deducted.

PAYMENT:
Payment in Bulgarian leva. Payment is made in cash, by bank transfer or by credit card VISA, MASTERCARD

Maximum capacity:

The apartment is for 2 people + 2 more on the pull-out bed.
Maximum capacity of baby beds is 1.
Maximum capacity of extra beds is 0.
There is a folding baby cot 160x60 in the bedroom, which you can assemble easily if needed.

In case you have guests, please inform the reception!
For established boarders without a completed address card at the front desk, renters are penalized with the cost of renting a apartment for one night!

Reservation conditions:
- Advance payment in the amount of 100% of the total amount when reserving the service up to 2 working days.
- In the event of a reservation being made and advance payment unpaid - the reservation is automatically cancelled.
In case you plan to prepare your own meals using the cooking facilities (stoves, pans, trays and pots - for boiling and frying) no additional fee is due.
In case you use plates, salad bowls, cups, forks, spoons and knives, an electric kettle no extra charge is due.

Please note the following: Please note that your maid is not involved in washing dishes used for food and drinks. For this reason, we ask you to wash your dishes at your own discretion, using a sponge and detergent, then dispose of unnecessary things in the trash can located in the cabinet under the sink.

Waiter service:
- change of underwear - every 5 days
- cleaning of the apartment (at the request of the guests - a fee of BGN 30)

In the event that you are a group that wishes to use the common area "BARBECUE", you could do so after:
- advance reservation
- rental fee paid (please ask at reception)
